Karel Matzner (Czech Republic) leaves the national and international stage. He will no more run for the office of Czech veterans' president. For many decades Karel Matzner (living in the capital of Czech Republic, in Prague) led the Czech veterans' movement and was "Non Stadia Representative" in EVAA. karel
During his time representing the road events he organised the "Non Stadia Championships" in the Czech Republic, in the mountains of Krkonoše, in Upice. Two times Upice was the venue of these championships. I.a. in 2003 the Presidents of the Czech and Slovakian Republic, V. Spidla and M. Dzurinda, participated and gave the championships a special glamour. Děkuji, hodně štěstí a nashledanou, thank, all the best and goodbye, nazdar, dear Karel.
