World Mountain Championships in Poland

(hps) On Saturday, Aug. 28, the South Polish City of Korbielow is hosting the 10th edition of the Masters Mountain Running Championship (WMMRC). 441 athletes are registered, mostly coming from European federations. The leader is Poland with 131 competitors while nine mountain runners are coming from oversea (USA: 3, New Zealand: 3, Venezuela: 2 and Colombia: 1). The course is 8 km long and has a total ascent of 960 m.
